For upper or upper middle class families?this is a study.plz answer?

Husband and I are almost equal in pay - his is higher by about 5k. He is 52, I am 47. We get along fine with our oldest daughter (22) and our son (17). The middle child is currently angry and not speaking to us (20). I wish I could say that it was great loss, but she's not very nice to anyone. One dog, one cat. They travel with us when possible - even to the beach and the cat is leash trained. I drive a Mercedes E320, hubs drives Lexus. Hubs works for an architectural firm, I work at a government/political think tank. Oldest friends we've known since 7th grade. Next oldest friends we've known for 18 years and hubs designed their house.
