How bad will a tattoo over your heart hurt?

I'm 17 and i'm getting a tattoo of a cross with wings for my best friend sense birth who passed away about 6 months ago. I want to get it over my heart and it being a cross with wings and having a lot of detail how bad do you think it will hurt? I'm getting it for my best friend so there is no talking me out of it and I do understand it will be there forever.
