This is embarrassing but i don't know what to do?

I have these moles under my arms, on both arms, they are not brown, they are pink and not dots. I have had them ever since i can remember, i have like 2 on both sides i think, and my dad also had them because i would always see them under his arms. I know it is gross but i can not help it so don't say ''eww''. Its hard to shave too because i am afraid i will hit the mole and it will bleed and rip off. What am i gonna do about this? If i date someone, i don't want them to be grossed out?
