so i was watching one of his tan sau videos and when he described how chasing the arm is bad like for example when he shows the hook block ,he said tht it is not smart to do tht but what im concerned about is how my sifu gives us the whole opposite idea about chase the hand and get to the centerline quickly so anyways is it ok to chase the arm and get to the centerline as quickly as possible or should i use his concepts to use tan sau
