How do i get a guy to like me? and how do i get his friend to stop liking me?

I like this dude and he might've liked me in grade 4,anyways there was a party today and one of the dude's friend likes me!??! i don't feel the same way, someone asked me to kiss him i said eww gross i might've hurted his feelings help!! and no i don't want to talk to that dude... I just want the dude i like to be at least friends and the dude that likes me as friends too!!!
