How to throw a KILLER party?

I'm going to a new school this year. I'll be the new girl midway through high school, so needless to say I want to make a good impression. My birthday is shortly after the start of school. My house is perfect for entertaining, so I want to throw a big party with some of my new (girl) friends I meet to get closer to them and form bonds and all that. I want it to be a hit. Do you have any ideas for things to do that teen girls would find the best party ever?! And no, I'm not bringing Justin Bieber. Eww. Haha. Also, be reasonable, I'm not a gazillionaire.
