I am a little freaked out..?

today i noticed i had a lump under my skin in the back of my ear!!! eww! its under the skin.. could it be from cracking my neck?? my mom wont take me to the doctor! it is making my ear sore. not the inside like an infection, but just the outside. what about on over worked vein?? please, i am creeped out. could it be a tumor? D: THX SO MUCH! ps- its not a bite
