My brother said hes... im crying like crazy?

Maybe, your brother just wants attention because he hasn't been getting enough lately. But it could just be that he's going plain suicide, so take him to a doctor if he continues to have the urge to kill himself. He might be upset about his grades, so try helping with homework or his studying... But maybe you should simply talk to him because I think it's very unusual for a NINE year old boy to act like this. If he continues to stab himself with pencils try to talk to your parents and tell them to talk to his teacher. I don't really have any more advise, but I hopes this will help you and him!
