Teacher made me spend a Hole day without shoes at High school?

I'm a teen Boy and At school today I went in with just my trainers and as soon as i got through the door a teacher stopped me and said take your trainers off. So I had to spend the hole day in just my white socks as i didn't have my school shoes on me. They were very very dirty at the end of the day. Everyone mainly the girls were looking at my feet throughout the hole day, girls were looking at the dirt going eww gross all the time. Due to no shoes when i went to the toilet and I trod in Boys pee by mistake so I had to spend the hole day with dirty white socks with urine on. Did the teacher have a right to do this?
