Can my parents have me arrested for smoking weed?

out of no where my mom started enforcing "rules" that never were enforced like, being home at nine even though school just ended and i would usually get home whenever i felt like it which was usually around 11 or 12 o'clock. i would stay home if i had something to do but theres litterally nothing. no computer, no cable only a radio and a phone which does not entertain me, now if im gonna stay home i wanna be high off my ***. dont give me any crap about how i should smoke cause im gonna do it anyway and also there is no talking to my mom about a later curfew cause one i hate my mother and we dont talk to two im not gonna to adjust to a curfew like, eww. so just let me know if i'll get arrested or not thanks..
