Is this guy a creep/pedo? What should I do?

Okay so I'm 18 and I been working at Hooters for a couple of months. There's this guy in his late 40's who comes here alot. I think he's a single dad and his daughter is totally adorable. She's like 9 or something. Anyway I actually thought he was okay cause he would talk to me and the other girls about his daughter and seems more honorable then the other regulars. I mean he does get kinda frisky in a uncomfortable way but he's a great tipper. So I guess I mentioned when my birthday was so he apparently remembers and bought me something. I just opened it up and their spongebob undies. It's so totally gross. I mean spongebob undies? eww. is he a creep or what? What should I do when I see him again? And should I throw those undies out? What about his daughter? Could he be a pedo?
